2. Private beta
AnswerNow is a private-beta product that coordinates AI agents to help founders research, build, launch, and operate companies around their direction. The beta is selective and founder-assisted. Features, agent capabilities, connected tools, participation criteria, and availability may change, and some work may require human review or approval.
Examples, diagrams, operating models, and roadmap descriptions explain how the product is designed to work. They are not promises that every capability or integration is available in every beta engagement.
3. Applications and submitted ideas
A beta application does not guarantee selection, a response, product access, investment, compensation, partnership, incorporation, launch, funding, customers, or a completed company. Any beta participation or commercial relationship may require a separate written agreement.
You confirm that your submission is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You retain ownership of your problem description, idea, and other original material. You give AnswerNow a limited, non-exclusive permission to review the submission, contact you, evaluate beta fit, and improve the application process. This does not transfer ownership of your idea.
Do not submit trade secrets, confidential information, credentials, regulated data, source code, or sensitive personal information. The application form is not a confidential disclosure channel, and confidentiality applies only if we separately agree to it in writing.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
AI-generated work can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable and must be reviewed in context. AnswerNow does not guarantee that an idea will be viable, that a company or product will launch, that any output will be error-free, or that participation will produce revenue, customers, funding, legal compliance, or any other result.
Site content is general information, not legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, security, or other professional advice. Founders remain responsible for consequential decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site only lawfully. You must not:
- interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, or disrupt the site or its security controls;
- introduce malware, automate abusive submissions, scrape at disruptive scale, or impersonate another person;
- submit material that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; or
- misrepresent beta capabilities, outcomes, endorsement, acceptance, or a relationship with AnswerNow.
We may restrict access or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the service, applicants, or others.
6. AnswerNow materials
The site's original text, visual design, diagrams, code, names, and other materials are owned by AnswerNow or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms permit you to view the site for personal or internal evaluation. They do not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, republish, sell, or create a competing presentation from substantial portions of the site except as allowed by law or with written permission.
7. Third-party services
The site and beta may rely on hosting, storage, communications, AI, analytics, or other third-party services. We do not control unrelated third-party sites or their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Separate terms may apply to services used during a beta engagement.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnswerNow and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on this site. Rights and limits that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
