1. Scope
This policy applies to the AnswerNow.ai website and private beta application. It covers information submitted when you tell us about a problem, company idea, or operating need and ask us to contact you. Any later beta engagement may include additional notices or terms appropriate to the data and tools involved.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a beta application, we collect:
- your full name and email address;
- the current stage of your idea or company;
- your description of the problem or company you want to bring to life;
- your consent selection and the version of the consent language that applied when you submitted; and
- the page, call to action, and general audience path that led to the application.
Please do not include trade secrets, credentials, source code, regulated data, or sensitive personal information in the idea field. Our hosting infrastructure may also process ordinary connection and security information, such as IP address, browser details, request time, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. We do not intentionally add that technical information to your beta application record.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- review your problem or idea and evaluate beta fit;
- contact you about your application and relevant next steps;
- understand the kinds of companies, industries, and operating problems founders want to pursue;
- improve the beta application and company-building process; and
- prevent duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent submissions and maintain site security.
We do not sell the personal information or idea descriptions submitted through this form.
4. Storage and service providers
Beta applications are stored as private records in Vercel Blob. Vercel also hosts and secures the website and may process requests on our behalf. Access to application records is limited to people and services that need it to operate the beta application process.
We may use other service providers to communicate with applicants or operate the beta. They may process information only for the services they provide to us. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate organizational transaction with appropriate safeguards.
5. Analytics and browser storage
The default site build does not enable advertising trackers or tracking cookies. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled, they receive interaction names and general CTA context—not your name, email, or idea text. The application uses session storage to help prevent an accidental repeat submission from the same browser session.
6. Retention
We retain beta-interest records for up to 24 months so we can review applications and contact relevant founders. We may keep information longer when an active relationship, legal obligation, or security need requires it. You may ask us to delete your application earlier.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to the use of your personal information. You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this application flow, including private storage and restricted access. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Hosting and service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to protections required by applicable law.
9. Children
AnswerNow is directed to adults building companies, not children. Please do not submit an application if you are below the age at which you can lawfully consent to this processing in your location.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise this policy as the beta, our providers, or applicable requirements change. Material revisions will carry a new date and may be communicated directly where appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@answernow.ai.
